Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Virginia Beach (Oceanfront)

My wife and I stayed here this past weekend for a quick weekend getaway. I can not say enough good things about this property. Check in was a breeze, and the parking lot was clean, well lit, and attended to. I was especially fond of parking directly on the floor with our room to limit the walking. The room was spotlessly clean and I would not change a thing. The breakfast in the morning had a crazy amount of options both hot and grab and go. Rarely is there nothing that I would change with a hotel stay but this one was A+ all the way!!!

My room was clean and great view. Pretty Good hotel especially for the price right now, I got a deal around $70 with the tax. I can't complain about that. Super great breakfast, Coffee was also spot on. I go out deep sea fishing in the freezing cold and this warm room, hot shower and lobby and in room coffee is a plus. I will be back. The Staff was great.

We picked this hotel to spend our wedding anniversary so were hoping for it to be nice as advertised and it absolutely was. The ocean side room was clean, smelled fresh, was comfortable and everything worked well. All the staff was friendly and very helpful. The hot breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was friendly and worked hard to keep enough food for all. Parking was onsite and convenient. We will very much consider returning for another stay. Highly recommend.

Overall everything okay. Rooms old but clean. Breakfast was good. I had Ocean view room and I really like it.

This hotel is truly great! I’ve stayed here three times now, and every visit has been excellent. The location is unbeatable—right on the oceanfront, with every room offering beautiful beach views. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I need, and the beds are perfect for a good night’s rest after a long day. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, which makes each stay even better. The free breakfast is a nice touch, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and relaxing. I keep coming back because I know I can always count on a great experience here. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Virginia Beach—it’s become my go-to place every time!

I enjoyed staying there for a week in December 2025. The 8th floor South-East corner room is phenomenal in terms of view and recieves an abundance of sunlight. The room was nice, and clean, and cozy, and everything worked. The balcony doors enable superb lüft. Breakfast was decent. The one issue that almost made me downrate it was the fire alarm going off 3 nights out of 7. It is probably faulty. The nitpicks: the insides of the a/c were dusty as if it was never cleaned; the tv was visibly scratched, I don't care about that. Also there was a door to the neighbor's room, probably because it used to be a luxury multiroom unit for bourgeoisie. The neighbor entering is not the problem, the problem is that you can hear neighbors talking and they can hear you through the door, the wall is well insulated though. Locaton is fantastic, very walkable, feels safe, few people in winter. The only issue was yellow jackets threatening me with fluorescent elongated objects on the boardwalk.

My experience at this hotel was a pleasant one. The front desk staff acknowledged my rewards status and presented me with a token of their appreciation. The room was cozy and comfortable with a nice view of the beach. The bed was nice and firm and bathroom was fully stock with towels and washcloths. The breakfast was the star of the show. A full hot breakfast buffet was available. All the items were very good and the staff kept everything replenished. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beds are subjective. They were on the firm side of neutral but I liked them. Great views. You can swim indoors or workout. Breakfast was good. Shower pressure was a little weak.
